**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator & Admin Assist to join our team. You will manage social media accounts and newsletters, ensure consistent engagement, and create captivating content. Strong video editing skills are crucial for creating compelling content across platforms. You'll also oversee administrative tasks, including coordinating staff anniversaries and supporting various company events and initiatives. Flexibility, positivity, and a commitment to excellence are paramount in this role, as you'll adapt to diverse tasks and schedules while maintaining a high-performance culture. **Schedule**:
Monday
- Friday (8:30 AM- 5:30 PM), Saturdays as needed (10:00 AM- 3:00 PM)

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage and handle accounts such as social media, networking, client and staff newsletters, and the company blog while outputting ideas for posting and consistent engagement.
- Creating and developing written materials to be shared online via website, blog, and newsletters
- Edit Videos and images for our company website and social media platforms
- Daily review of incoming communications - organize, prioritize, and ensure appropriate actions have been handled promptly;
- Complete employee events, teams, and training. Maintain documents and ensure all items are followed based on written policy.
- Create marketing strategies, presentations, and business plans in order to increase traffic.
- Perform various administrative tasks: preparing or reviewing/editing of presentation materials; conducting research; purchasing; updating website/marketing materials; and managing office resources; telephone system; filing systems, etc.
- Complete small and large projects independently or as a team.
- Ensure the Management Team is kept informed of business development activity and issues.
- Support company initiatives and business development objectives.
- Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work various hours/days and co-ordinate with the boss’s schedule;
- Support a high-performance culture and ensure positive and effective communication amongst the team. A positive attitude is an absolute must.
- Assist the Executive Administrator as needed.
- Other business tasks as required

**Nature and Scope**:
Applies established processes guided by clear rules, past practices, or provided instructions, consulting a supervisor for advice on non-routine matters. Supervisor approval is sought for any deviations from standard procedures. Works under close supervision with limited latitude and independent judgment. Output undergoes detailed checks by a senior coworker and/or supervisor.

**Pay Structure**:
Starting at $20 hourly, after a probationary period $21 hourly, and in one year-$22 hourly.

**Education & Experience**:
The ability to manage an annual budget effectively and utilize data for decision-making are critical skills for this role. Product knowledge and experience in order management are also advantageous.
