Skyline Group is a Canadian company that manufactures and sells roof safety and access systems such as permanent ladders, guardrail, and walkway systems to clients throughout Canada. We are looking for a qualified Bilingual Project Coordinator to expedite customer order fulfillment and resolve fulfillment issues to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders.

This is an in-office position, remote work is not available.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Execute the order fulfillment process for assigned customers including coordinating with other departments to ensure customers receive and approve product drawings in advance of fabrication.
- Follow-up with customers post delivery to ensure order was accurate, delivered on time, and can be easily installed by the customer.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns as they arise.

Il s'agit d'un poste en bureau, le travail à distance n'est pas possible.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Exécuter le processus d'exécution des commandes pour les clients assignés, y compris la coordination avec d'autres départements pour s'assurer que les clients reçoivent et approuvent les dessins des produits avant la fabrication.
- Traiter les dépôts requis et les demandes de crédit ; aider les clients à obtenir des demandes de crédit si nécessaire.
- Assurer le suivi avec les clients après la livraison pour s'assurer que la commande est exacte, qu'elle a été livrée à temps et qu'elle peut être facilement installée par le client
- Répondre aux demandes et/ou aux questions des clients par téléphone ou par courrier électronique.
- Traiter les plaintes ou les préoccupations des clients lorsqu'elles se présentent.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
