Telecom Provisioning Coordinator
Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office within the Operations division, the Telecom Provisioning Specialist will oversee the end-to-end provisioning lifecycle for voice and data services. This role is accountable for ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely installations, and seamless billing by coordinating effectively across internal teams, clients, and third-party carriers. The ideal candidate will maintain rigorous documentation and communication protocols to uphold service excellence and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Order Management
· Execute the Provisioning Process to ensure accurate and efficient handling of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) orders, installations, turn-ups, and billing for voice and data services.
· Place and manage orders for circuit/analog line turn-ups and disconnects, including billing date administration.
· Proactively identify potential service delivery issues and drive internal and external escalations to resolution.
· Manage daily workload through effective prioritization and clear communication.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
· Ensure timely and effective communication across all internal and external teams, customers, and vendors to facilitate a seamless service delivery process.
· Collaborate with sales support and customers to obtain site-specific information and provide timely updates on order and installation status.
· Build and maintain vendor relationships to order services, confirm Firm Order Commitment (FOC) timelines, and validate circuit installation.
· Monitor third-party carrier portals regularly for electronic order submissions and delivery updates.
Documentation & Billing Integrity
· Utilize company systems to document all provisioning steps and maintain up-to-date order status.
· Perform accurate voice and data circuit configuration data entry into the NCF portal.
· Generate Billing Initiation and Billing Disconnect forms based on internal team inputs.
· Review and reconcile third-party invoices for accuracy, escalating discrepancies as needed.
· Compile and maintain documentation for carrier complaints or escalations.
Required Qualifications
· 1–2 years of experience in telecommunications customer support or technical services.
· 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
· Familiarity with voice and data services (e.g., HPBX, SIP trunks, Internet, MPLS, PRI, 1FL).
· Fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

· Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· CCNA certification or equivalent is an asset.
· Knowledge of telecom carrier products (SIP VoIP, MPLS, DIA, Cloud, broadband, Ethernet).
· Understanding of network processes.
Work Schedule
Standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Flexibility is required to meet circuit activation deadlines. Hybrid position (3 days at the office)
