This role is crucial in helping us engage our diverse audience by being the face of our brand, creating original, compelling content that supports our growth objectives.

As a Content Creator / On-Camera Personality at Mainstreet Equity, you will be the on-camera representative for our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. Your main responsibility will be to create and edit engaging face-to-camera videos, showcasing your ability to be the face of Mainstreet Equity. While you will also produce various types of content, such as voiceovers, trending GIFs, green screen videos, GIFs, and memes, it is your face-to-camera skills and experience that will set you apart.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, create, and edit a variety of social media content, with a primary focus on face-to-camera videos that align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Act as the on-camera personality for our social media content, effectively engaging with the audience and delivering authentic messages.
- Handle the entire content creation process: pre-production planning, on-site production, and post-production editing.
- Create and edit content in various formats, including voiceovers, trending GIFs, green screen videos, GIFs, memes, etc.
- Publish and manage content deployment according to our strategic social media calendar, ensuring timely and effective audience interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
- Analyze content performance, using insights to optimize future content and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator / On-Camera Personality with a strong presence and comfort level in front of the camera.
- Proficiency in creating and editing videos using mobile phones and other video editing software.
- A portfolio or examples of face-to-camera video work are required for consideration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media trends and multi-platform content creation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
