**Job Title**: TikTok Content Creator - Sales & Marketing

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Content Creator to produce engaging video content that drives product awareness and increases sales. This role combines video production, social media marketing, and sales psychology to connect with target audiences and convert views into purchases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and shoot short-form TikTok videos that showcase products/services.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to maintain relevance.
- Write engaging scripts, captions, and call-to-actions.
- **Sales-Focused Storytelling**:

- Craft content that highlights product benefits, features, and unique selling points.
- Use storytelling techniques to demonstrate real-life use cases and problem-solving scenarios.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align messaging with campaigns.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track video metrics (views, likes, shares, comments, conversions).
- Analyze which content performs best and iterate based on data.
- Conduct A/B tests on formats, hooks, and posting times.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, DMs, and questions to build relationships and trust.
- Create community-driven content (e.g., user-generated content, duets, challenges).
- **Collaboration & Brand Alignment**:

- Work with the design and marketing teams to maintain brand voice and visuals.
- Coordinate with influencers or partners for co-branded content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience creating TikTok videos (portfolio or profile required).
- Understanding of social media marketing and e-commerce trends.
- Comfortable being on camera and/or directing talent.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
