This role is perfect for a creative professional who excels at video, photography, and storytelling, while also bringing strategic thinking to content planning and performance. You will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that elevates our brand and connects with diverse audiences across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and messaging. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with organizational goals. - Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and audience growth. - Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on results. - Contribute creative direction to campaigns and mentor junior content contributors when needed. **Qualifications**: - 3-5 years of professional experience in content creation, journalism, copywriting, or a related field. - Strong background in video production and editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or equivalent). - Proficiency in photography and photo editing. - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. - Understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools. - Ability to develop and manage content calendars effectively. - Familiarity with AI-driven content and research tools. - Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
