As a key member of the Marino’s Automotive Group team, the Internal Advisor is responsible for handling the administrative functions of the service process.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for monitoring each job completion time by technician while ensuring appropriate charges are applied for work completed.
- Maintain communication with members of the Parts, Service and Sales Departments to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and in coordination with schedules.
- Write up repair orders for preparation of New/Pre-Owned inventory for sale.
- Arrange and invoice sublet repairs.
- Ensure timely completion of all work requests so that vehicle can be delivered as scheduled.
- Maintain awareness of factory-recommended maintenance schedules.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CDK/ADP or other Dealer Management Systems an asset.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and stress management skills to complete daily tasks.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
