As an Administrative Assistant, you streamline operations by managing schedules, handling confidential tasks, and producing reports. Join PHC's Risk Management team

What You Bring:
**Education**
High School Diploma, completion of a recognized secretarial program and three (3) to five (5) years recent, related experience supporting management staff, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

**Skills and Abilities**

Ability to manage multiple complex and competing priorities.
Effective interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
Ability to keyboard at 50 WPM.
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
Ability to problem-solve and develop solutions.
Basic knowledge of record keeping and bookkeeping/accounting concepts.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and databases; familiarity with MS Visio and web publishing is a plus.

What We Offer:
**Your Day to Day**:

- Produce reports, correspondence, brochures, and presentations using word processing and graphic software.
- Maintain databases for data recording and retrieval.
- Schedule and organize meetings and seminars.
- Invite participants, confirm attendance, and arrange logistics (room bookings, equipment, catering).
- Prepare and distribute agendas; record minutes and follow up on action items.
- Manage travel bookings, confirm dates, and liaise with travel agents.
- Respond to inquiries and prioritize communications for follow-up.
- Maintain records related to recruitment and performance management.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and onboarding for new hires.
- Attend meetings to take notes, record proceedings, and transcribe minutes.
- Answer phone inquiries and relay messages.
- Update and organize both electronic and hard copy filing systems for easy access.
- Support project teams by preparing financial and statistical reports.
- Assist in compiling budget documentation.
