Training Department Coordinator

Le poste de coordinateur exige le souci du détail, de l'organisation et une aptitude au service à la clientèle. Il peut être amené à effectuer des tâches administratives telles que le maintien en état de marche du matériel de formation, les commandes de livres et de documents à distribuer et la préparation des documents et du matériel pour les cours à venir. L'objectif principal est de programmer les cours de formation aux premiers secours en interne et sur site, de traiter l'inscription des participants à ces cours et de maintenir les relations avec les clients par des rappels de renouvellement, l'objectif global étant d'augmenter la participation aux cours.
**Tâches et responsabilités du coordinateur du département Formation**
- Création du calendrier des cours internes et mise à jour du calendrier sur le site web de l'entreprise.
- Programmer des cours personnalisés sur site pour les entreprises qui en font la demande.
- Réserver des instructeurs pour les cours internes et sur site.
- Gérer les demandes d'information ou les réservations pour les formations de secourisme.
- Calculer la disponibilité des subventions gouvernementales pour les entreprises, créer les formulaires d'inscription correspondants et envoyer la demande de recouvrement des subventions disponibles après la formation.
- Accueil et inscription des participants aux cours internes (virtuels et en personne).
- Création et envoi des liens de réunion MS Teams pour les cours virtuels.
- Confirmation des présences avant la formation et transmission des informations sur les présences aux employeurs, si nécessaire.
- Envoyer des rappels de renouvellement et proposer de nouvelles dates de formation aux anciens clients.
- La maintenance et l'attribution des équipements de formation tels que les mannequins et les défibrillateurs de formation, ainsi que les manuels et les documents à distribuer.
- Gestion de l'accueil des instructeurs.
- Remise des certificats de cours après la réussite du cours (E-Carte).
- Appels à de nouveaux clients potentiels (clients existants ayant suivi une formation ailleurs).
Exigences et qualifications du coordinateur.
- Organisé et capable de travailler en équipe.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière créative et affronter les défis positivement lorsqu'on lui présente un défi.
- Capable d'analyser les problèmes et d'élaborer des stratégies pour trouver de meilleures solutions.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, à établir des priorités et à gérer son temps efficacement.
- Un sens aigu du détail et de la précision.
- Auto-motivé et autodirigé.
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent ; diplôme du DEC de préférence.

The coordinator position requires attention to detail, organisation and an aptitude for customer service. May require administrative tasks such as maintaining working order of training equipment, placing orders for books and hand-outs and preparing paperwork and equipment for upcoming courses. The main purpose is to schedule in-house and on-site first-aid training courses, process the registration of participants for said courses and maintain customer relations with renewal reminders with the overall goal of increasing course attendance.
**Training Department Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities**
- Creating the schedule of in-house courses and updating the calendar on the company’s website
- Scheduling customised on-site courses for companies as requested
- Reserving instructors for both in-house and on-site courses
- Managing requests for information or reservations for first-aid training.
- Calculating availability of government subsidies for businesses, creating relevant registration forms and sending the claim for collection of available subsidies post-training.
- Greeting and registering participants for in-house courses (virtual and in-person)
- Creating and sending MS Teams meeting links for virtual courses
- Confirming attendance prior to training and relaying attendance information to employers as needed
- Sending renewal reminders and offering new training dates to past clients.
- Maintaining and allocating training equipment such as manikins and training defibrillators as well as manuals and hand-outs.
- Management of instructor onboarding
- Delivery of course certificates after successful course completion (E-Card)
- Calls to potential new clients (existing clients who complete training elsewhere)
