Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of the Divine product line and pricing with the ability to demonstrate technical understanding of the products
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand customer base
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

Qualifications:

- Must have 3 years’ sales experience in the flooring industry is required with a deep understanding of various flooring products and brands.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for managing financial transactions and records.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is a must.
- A strong work ethic and self-motivation with an ability to thrive independently and in a team environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills are necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, and Excel with a basic knowledge of computers.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Flooring Retail: 3+ years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
