Vaughan Mills - $20 per hour and commission
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and effective communication.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively and engage customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Technical sales experience is advantageous but not required.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
