**The Role**:
We’re on the hunt for a talented Business Development Representative to join our enthusiastic, and sometimes, weird & wacky, team. This isn’t just any sales job - it’s a chance to be part of something bigger, to turn trash into treasure, contribute to company & professional growth, and promote sustainable solutions to our local business community

**What You’ll Do**:

- Hit the ground running, meet potential clients, and spread the garbage word.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and property managers.
- Present and promote Heave Away’s core values, sustainable solutions, and exceptional local service.
- Work closely with our close-knit, awesome team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Crush sales targets and celebrate with high-fives (and maybe some recycled confetti).

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A go-getter attitude with a passion for sustainability and the environment.
- Stellar communication and motivational skills - you could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but if you’ve got the drive, we’ve got the training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (we’re a bestie-bunch).
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the sales territory.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
