Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for an SAP Functional Analyst.

**Your daily life**:
As a key member of the team, the SAP Functional Analyst continues to evolve and integrate the SAP solution while supporting the existing solution. Troubleshoot existing integrations and provide technical support to SAP system users. Therefore, he works in collaboration with users from all departments to help them with their daily requests and to implement improvement projects related to the platform.

**In this role, you will**:

- Analyze requests for improvements and changes and evaluate potential solutions, impacts and technological issues, produce functional requirements (forms, data, interfaces, reports) and provide the necessary support;
- Make the necessary adjustments in the SAP configuration and supervise the corresponding tests as required;
- Participate in the preparation of training materials and user training;
- Translate business, operational and functional requirements to development teams;
- Support users of the manufacturing system and contribute to data analysis;
- Coordinate work with the development team, build and execute unit tests;
- To support users in defining their needs and directing them to the corresponding modules and functionalities.
- Investigate, analyze and resolve problems or incidents with production systems;
- Provide significant technical and functional support and support during the deployment phases.
- Any other related tasks.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor of Administration (Business Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant experience.
- Have knowledge of ERP software, ideally SAP S4 HANA
- Be bilingual (French/English) orally and in writing;
- Be autonomous and organized;
- Attach importance to customer service and have a business-oriented vision;
- Have strong analytical, incident solving and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Have experience with a manufacturing company (ATOUT);
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
