Inside Sales Associate
**Foundation Building Materials (FBM)**, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Associate personnel to join our new division

FBM Tools & Supply team in Surrey, BC.

**What is the profile we are looking for**:
At least 1-3 years of sales experience, excellent written & verbal communication skills of the English language, ability to multi-task, organize & prioritize work.

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Required to be familiar with the company's products & procedures
- Must be able to work in cooperation with others
- Must be attentive to detail & ensure accuracy in work assignments
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others & be a team player
- Must be able to convey product information & availability to customers
- Must process the ability to deal tactfully with customers
- Must be organized & motivated
- Must have computer knowledge/experience

**Function**:

- Process customer orders/quotes
- Attend to walk in customers
- Purchasing/sourcing of product
- Other duties may be assigned
