**Job Overview**
Code Electric is a leading manufacturer of Electrical Enclosures, Distribution Wired Kiosks, Car Chargers, Custom Metal Fabrication, Cable Tray and C3 Commercial Metal Planters. We have a solid 45-year history in B.C. and due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to add to our Inside Sales and Quotations Team for Cable Tray and Planters. We are located in a modern building, close to the river with walking / biking trails, lots of shopping and restaurants and have great team environment that enjoys summer BBQ's, fun team building activities, pot lucks and more.

If you are experienced in sales, customer service and quotations in an office environment and you are dynamic, positive and self-motivated individual that enjoys building customer relationships and has excellent communication skills then this position is a great fit. At Code we focus on providing an excellent customer service experience as well as a great work environment.
- Prepare quotations for customers
- Assist customers with product information, orders, pricing ,returns, delivery and general inquiries
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system.
- Invoicing, Purchasing, RMA, and Freight Co-ordination tasks
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and a focus on problem resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Establishing and maintaining a strong rapport with customers
- Collaborate with outside sales to assist with sales growth and market information.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and inter-personal skills a must
- Diploma in sales or marketing
- Minimum of 2+ years of inside sales experience in a office environment
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & ERP System
- Marketing Software --InDesign, Adobe other an asset
- Proficient in data entry to accurately record customer information.
- Strong Math Skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Enjoy building customer relationships
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
- Honesty, reliability and a positive attitude are a must
- No cold calls -- we have an established customer base

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
