Purpose and Scope:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day operations for the TA team.
- Provide quality internal and external customer service with the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Oversee all clerical and administrative support pertaining to Recruitment including:

- Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Assist teams in screening resumes
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Create new hire onboarding packets and assist with the completion of new hire paperwork
- Generate and distribute periodic HR reports in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Maintain and manage employee files by ensuring all documents are filed correctly
- Manage documents and storage of files
- Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications, Education And / or Experience:

- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business or related area strongly preferred (In process acceptable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization skills, and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills - in person and on telephone
- Strong organizational/time management skills - detail oriented
- Demonstrates good judgment skills and decision-making abilities
- MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the requirements listed above.
