We are looking to add a highly motivated, friendly and energetic Part-time Rental Agent to our Rental Team

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing tours to prospective tenants with an in-depth knowledge of our building and its community.
- Inspecting apartments when tenants move in and out.
- Working with our current tenants to tend to their comments and concerns.
- Accepting rent and parking payments.
- General office duties and clerical work.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- **Must** be able to provide work references and a clear criminal records check;
- Superior customer service skills.
- Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with all tenants, written and verbal.
- Ability to multi task while paying keen attention to detail.
- Creative problem solving skills
- Must be able to work well independently as well as in a team setting.
- Some knowledge of the Landlord Tenancy Act is an asset.
- English required, French is a definite asset.

Hours: 10AM to 6PM (3 to 4 shifts per week)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
