**About us**

Line Contracting is a small business specializing in highly architectural renovations and new builds. We are a small company and only work on some of the nicest projects in town. We also only work in Vancouver and the North Shore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Framing, back framing, fire proofing.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete carpentry tasks
- Assist with heavy lifting as required for construction projects.
- Install flooring
- Looking for an overall great carpenter that can do most things on a project or assist with them

**Skills**:

- Strong carpentry skills with experience in various aspects of the trade
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in carpentry work
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques and ability to work with different types of drywall materials
- Familiarity with tile laying methods to understand how to frame for modern tiling details.
- Basic understanding of electrical work related to carpentry projects
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required in construction projects
- Strong ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- **First aid and CPR certification**
**- Owning your own car and having a canadian driver's license**
**- Own the basic power tools and hand tools**
**- On time on site**
**- Willing to help team mates**
**- Positive attitude and solution driven**
**- Great communication skills in english**

**Salary**: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
