**Construction Landscape Supervisor**

**Purpose**:
The Construction Landscape Supervisor is self-motivated and results driven individual who will direct and manage the organization's hardscape and softscape construction projects. The Construction Landscape Supervisor will provide leadership for all sites. The Construction Landscape Supervisor will motivate and educate team members and lead by example by providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients. The Construction Landscape Supervisor will be spearheading a team of diverse individuals in a fast-paced work environment. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible to understand, and effectively grow the customer relationship, identify new opportunities, and shifts in market demand or business conditions and recommend appropriate action.

- Excellent knowledge of skills and techniques related to hardscape landscape construction and softscape installation
- Time management and interpersonal communication skills
- High service standards
- First aid and CPR-C
- Familiarity with MOL Book #7
- Strong aptitude for construction and hardscape and softscape design and implementation

- Manage the execution of construction projects, planning labour and equipment requirements, material deliveries and deadlines
- Responsible for maintenance of machinery, equipment and fleet
- Be part of the support system in training team members with new and acquired skills
- Manage team members, health & safety, quality and productivity of construction sites
- Coordinate and schedule team members accordingly based on project requirements
- Delegate responsibilities and manage the work of team members providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Interpret and be fully versed in quantity take off/interpretation of drawings and associated paperwork, blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to delegate/complete projects
- Build long term, trusting relationships with business partners at management’s discretion
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth
- Ensure a positive and safe work environment through training and professional development of team members
- Ensure company policies are communicated and that they are followed at all times
- Further develop and enhance company culture
- All other tasks as required by the Supervisor

**Reporting Relationships**:
The position Construction Landscape Supervisor reports directly to the Landscape Construction Supervisor.
