Sewer & Watermain Foreman

Since 1979, Cotton Inc has proudly serviced the Niagara Region with their various construction needs.

Our site servicing department performs work within the residential, commercial and municipal markets with a strong emphasis on professionalism and customer satisfaction. This work includes the installation of sewer and water mains, parking lots, roads, storm management systems and site grading. Projects range from servicing a single family home to private or municipal projects up to 2-3 million dollars.

We are currently seeking a motivated industry experienced **Sewer & Watermain Foreman** to join our growing team. As foreman, you will be considered a key to our servicing department's success.
- Responsibilities:_
- Visit job sites prior to work and assess needs
- Keep a daily log book as required
- Motivate the crew to achieve maximum production while maintaining a safe site
- Help set daily goals for crew and communicate effectively
- Problem solve onsite with input from the servicing coordinator
- Book trucks, equipment, order piping and other material as needed
- Check work daily for accuracy and proper installation processes
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, left in a safe manner at the end of each day
- Keep proper record keeping of time, purchase orders, tool tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors as needed
- Ensure locates are completed properly and updated as needed
- All other related duties as assigned
- Requirements: _
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the sewer and watermain industry
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
