**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable landscape construction labourer to join our team. As a labourer, you will assist in various aspects of landscape construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality. You will work under the supervision of a foreman or project manager, collaborating with other team members to deliver landscaping projects on time and within budget

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Preparation**: Assist in preparing sites for landscaping activities, which may include clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- **Planting and Seeding**: Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants according to landscape plans. Sow grass seed or lay sod as directed.
- **Hardscape Installation**: Assist in the installation of walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape features using materials such as bricks, concrete, wood, and stone.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
- **Material Handling**: Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from work areas. Load and unload trucks as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with supervisors and fellow workers to complete tasks efficiently.
- **Clean-Up**: Clean work areas, remove debris, and ensure that tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each workday.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related field preferred but not required.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
