**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.
- Restock inventory, including cups, milk, syrups, and coffee beans.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Support team members and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
