If you like a fast-paced work environment, and are well organized, we want to hear from you **Who We are Looking For** **Inside Sales - Full Time** The Inside Sales position, located at our new Saskatoon location, will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. This position will utilize a strong technical aptitude and the ability to close sales. This position will be a key point of contact for customers, answering queries, providing technical advice, and introducing new products. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** - Taking customers orders in person and over the phone - Loading of orders onto customer vehicles. - Communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions - Making outbound phone calls as necessary to follow up on existing sales opportunities. - Answering technical questions relating to pumps and pumping equipment - Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services - Staying informed about competing products and services - Upselling products and services - Assist in the opening/closing of the premises at the start and end of day. - Maintain a clean and organized building. - Follow company policies with regards to operations and health and safety - Occasional visit to site if required. **What You Offer** - Ideally you have a base knowledge set of pumps and water systems. - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing attitude - Highly motivated with a professional demeanor and eager to work in a team environment. - Safety conscious and detail oriented - Must be able to troubleshoot a wide variety of topics. - Anyone with a skilled trades ticket will be highly considered (plumber, electrician, HVAC)
