The Assistant Manager would be a leader and champion of hospitality, while sharing that passion to take care of guests with the service team. Managing reservations and group parties while being the host of the dining room is the responsibility of the Assistant Manager along with assisting in hiring, training, and coaching service staff to always be looking for new and exciting ways to share our passion for Crudo + Charcoal with out guests

Front of house managers have a mind for customer experience and service, as well as great people and leadership skills. Mati is looking for someone with the following skills:

- Reservation Management - managing daily reservation to maximize capacity, organizing group reservations and private events and following up with guests before their visit to ensure we create a unique experience for them
- Organizational skills - can often juggle many responsibilities at a time, so top-notch organizational skills and prioritization skills are critical for running successful shifts
- Training - as the front of house manager leads staff onboarding, experience teaching or training new staff is preferable
- Leadership Skills - it’s the job of a manager to keep staff on task, motivated, and focused. They also resolve staff conflicts and customer’s concerns
- Management Experience - they must have strong managerial skills
- Customer service - dedication to providing excellent customer service and improving the customer experience is a mandatory quality

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
