Job Title: Customer Experience & Influencer Operations Coordinator

Location: In-Person (Charlottetown, PEI)

Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20/hour

**About the Role**

You’ll be responsible for both customer support and influencer operations across all three brands. From replying to customers with empathy and precision, to automating systems with AI tools, to helping us land partnerships with top-tier influencers - you’ll wear a lot of hats and play a key role in how our brands are experienced every day.

**What You’ll Do**:
Customer Support (Gorgias):

- Use and maintain macros, automated workflows, and AI-powered reply agents
- Track and improve response time and customer satisfaction
- Spot and report recurring issues to improve our products and service

Influencer Operations:

- Identify and reach out to influencers and creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Respond to inbound interest and coordinate collaborations
- Set up discount codes, track UGC/content delivery, and follow up to ensure momentum
- Maintain an organized tracker of all outreach and live campaigns

**What We’re Looking For**:

- No experience required - but background in customer service or influencer marketing is a plus
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to juggle multiple threads at once
- Comfortable with tech tools (Gorgias, Shopify, Google Sheets) or eager to learn
- Motivated, reliable, and happy to work in-person at our Charlottetown office
