**Your New Role.**

As a Project Coordinator, you play a key part in the Flagship management team and you will participate in various aspects of the overall end to end execution & success of the projects assigned to you. You will oversee multiple tasks varying in complexity taking responsibility and contributing to the project being completed on time & on budget You will work closely with assigned project managers, subcontractors, suppliers site supervisors and carpenters.

- Highly organized and well versed in the tools & technology needed to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Motivation to tackle projects and tasks head on with a can-do attitude
- Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems as they arise.
- Self-starter and always one step ahead of what's expected
- Love for the details with a focus on the big picture.

- Ability to read architectural drawings & blueprints
- Experience in documentation control and highly organized
- Safety oriented mindset with experience completing safe work plans, hazard assessments and other paperwork
- Familiar with Office 365 Basic Suite.
- Valid Drivers License & ability to obtain necessary clearances upon hire
- 3 Years minimum experience in commercial construction
- Experience in project coordination is required.
- Certification of Construction Management program would be considered an asset.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
