**_ Job Summary:_**

We are hiring a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sales and Marketing team as well as maintaining and updating customers’ sales information. _As a key support member to the Sales and Marketing Department, your_ main focus will be assisting the sales team so they can invest more time with our customers._

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- _ Create and maintain a database of key customer accounts and assists the sales team in further development of those accounts_
- _ Assists Sales team by managing key account requests: account set-up, preparing/ sending packages_
- _ Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales-related activities_
- _ Create customer product profiles for ecommerce set-up_
- _ Update databases and customer records_
- _ Assists in tracking special pricing requests _
- _Assist with trade show planning and execution_
- _ Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing sales reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends_
- _ Become an expert on company product and service offerings_
- _ Assist in preparing power point presentations_
- _ Communicate customer feedback_
- _ Provides administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient operation of office._
- _ Manage and contribute to special projects as required_

**_ Education: _**
- _Community College or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred or 3+ years’ experience in sales support._

**_ Skills and Experience:_**
- _ Intermediate computer skills in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook_
- _ Excellent verbal and written communication skills_
- _ Highly self-motivated, energetic personality_
- _ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills_
- _ Ability to prioritize work within a fast-paced environment under tight timelines_
- _ Strong relationship building and follow-up skills_
