Your role as a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** will be to manage the end-to-end recruiting process in the identification and assessment of external talent using creative and proactive sourcing strategies for technology-based jobs.
**What you bring**:
- Minimum 5 year's experience sourcing, recruiting, building relationships, interviewing to fill open IT positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and implementing global recruiting strategies to source the best IT and software talent.
- Work with and manage outside recruiting agencies including schedule and budget, briefing calls and ongoing communication on live vacancies.
- Meet with the People and Culture Business Partner and Hiring Manager to understand vacancy requirements and gather all appropriate information.
- Use innovative and proactive sourcing techniques to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles (e.g. DevOps, Java Developer ).
- Define employer branding strategy in partnership with the CHRO and HR team - setting employer brand activities on an annual basis to help achieve WorkJam recruitment goals.
- Experience working in the technology sector and understand trends;
- Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
- Keep up to date on best practices, market trends, and competition on talent acquisition.
- Bilingual, French, and English spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organized with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Team player who understands group objectives.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive matters.
- HR-related education or CRHA/CPHR is considered an asset.

Votre rôle en tant que **Spécialiste de l'Acquisition de Talents **sera de gérer le processus de recrutement de bout en bout en identifiant et en évaluant les talents externes à l’aide de stratégies de recrutement créatives et proactives pour les emplois liés à la technologie.

- Expérience de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de recrutement mondiales pour trouver les meilleurs talents en informatique et en logiciels.
- Travailler avec des agences de recrutement externes et les gérer, y compris le calendrier et le budget, organiser des appels d'information et maintenir une communication continue sur les postes ouverts.
- Rencontrer le partenaire d'affaires People and Culture et le gestionnaire d'embauche pour comprendre les exigences du poste vacant et recueillir toutes les informations appropriées.
- Utiliser des techniques de recrutement innovantes et proactives pour embaucher dans des créneaux et des postes difficiles à pourvoir (par exemple, Dev Ops, Java Dev...).
