**WHO WE ARE**

**ROLE**

Sid Lee is seeking an **Account Coordinator, PR **who will report to the Account Director, Public Relations. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of PR strategies for a diverse roster of clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Media monitoring** - Daily industry + client coverage updates
- **Media relations** - Maintain and update media lists and execute pitching efforts to secure media placements
- **Research and content assistance** - Conduct research and provide editorial support for development of the comms materials including press releases, blogs, articles, social calendars and more
- **Industry knowledge** - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, media outlets, and emerging technologies to provide PR insights to clients
- **Team collaboration** - Effective collaboration and communication with other team members to execute PR campaigns

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (public relations, journalism, communications).
- 1+ years of experience in an agency set up.
- Superior writing and editing skills, with a true passion for a well-told story that engages and transports its audience.
- Good knowledge of social media, various media and newsroom operations.
- Attention to detail
