Kleinburg Integrative Health is a complimentary health care facility located in the quaint village of Kleinburg (Vaughan). We are looking for a dedicated, caring, and experienced receptionist to join our team. We have a group of talented and compassionate practitioners working together to improve the health of those in the village and our surrounding community. The clinic has a very peaceful atmosphere, but it's fast paced, so the ability to multi-task is an important asset. Strong communication skills and compentency working with Microsoft excel and word are required.

The position requires approximately 16 hrs/week including Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Office tasks include scheduling appointments, taking payment for supplements, appointments and related fees, processing claims for insurance through e-telus, performing end of day reconciliations, maintaining the supplement dispensary as well as coordinating the day to day needs of the clinic’s patients and practitioners.

Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
