Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals in the used car department
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends to determine pricing strategies and inventory needs
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles and negotiate purchase prices
- Ensure proper merchandising and presentation of used car inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with potential customers
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to effectively communicate with customers

**Requirements**:

- Have a minimum 5+ years experience in Automotive Sales
- Additional languages are an asset
- Previous Management experience would be an asset
- Have a proven track record leading teams
- Hold or be able to obtain a VSA Licence
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Have a valid driver licence
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule including working Saturdays and being on-call
- Customer focused and strong communication skills
