**Description**:
- Assist in entering and processing invoices and payments,
- Verify and reconcile supplier statement of accounts,
- Prepare payments to vendors by check or EFT based on agreed terms,
- Follow-up on invoices and payments with discrepancies or disputes,
- Organizing and filing,
- Answer, screen and direct calls,
- Scan and file documents electronically,
- Any other administrative tasks related to accounting.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of successful accounts payable experience
- DEP of Accounting (Entry Level)
- Basic knowledge of accounting functions
- Effective communication skills - French spoken and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Pleasant, professional and team player demeanor
- Good computer skills & attention to detail - Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.
- Ability to work in a team, resourceful and meticulous
- Ability to communicate well in French.
