As a production Crew Leader, you are the first line of contact for the employees in your department. Ultimately responsible for the orientation, training and motivation of employees under your leadership. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organization of jobs for the day to reach daily production plan and monitors for quality
- Motivate and inspire team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Assist in the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives
- Investigate issues and implement changes to address
- Organizes parts order list for crew
- Enforce all health and safety policy items and follow-through on any corrective action for non-conformance
- Assists with the enforcement of company policies and procedures

**EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Completion of grade 12 or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Leadership/management experience
- Ability to lead by example
