Gardening Foreman

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a crew of 2-6 team members on daily gardening/landscaping jobs
- Work side-by-side with your crew in the field (yes, you’ll get your hands dirty too)
- Schedule and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment
- Ensure safety standards are always followed on-site
- Manage job site reporting and crew hours with accuracy
- Keep clients updated and happy with clear communication

What We’re Looking For
- **Class 5 Driver’s License** (must be able to tow trailers or be willing to learn)
- Previous **pruning & gardening experience**:

- Comfortable working outdoors Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4:00pm
- A smartphone (for scheduling & communication)
- Strong leadership skills, positive attitude, and physical fitness
