The Club is a private full equity Club offering a challenging 18 hole, par 72 golf course admired for its scenery, landscape, and design. North Halton's beautifully landscaped grounds incorporate the natural beauty of our tree-lined fairways, wooded ravines, and natural foliage all set in the majestic valley of Georgetown. The Club is a full-faceted year-round facility with four sheets of curling ice to support an active curling program. The club offers golfers, curlers and social members year-round access to one of the finest dining experiences in Georgetown.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Train and mentor staff in food handling, preparation techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in menu planning and development while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and reporting.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires within the department.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the food industry, including roles in bartending.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management.
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and customers professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Smart-Serve is Mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.55 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
