SALARY TO BE DISCUSSED. HOTEL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting inspections.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.

**Responsibilities.**
- Assists with preventative maintenance including completion of check lists as assigned
- Complete minor repair work orders such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl to maintain the hotel and keep product quality to standard.
- Perform general lock repairs and programming, engraving and servicing of hotel equipment
- Maintain swimming pool, spa and gym equipment.
- Assists in checking electrical systems such as air conditioning controls, televisions, lighting systems and makes minor repairs or replacements.
- Assists in checking and making minor repairs on general plumbing system and fixtures such as: pipe lines, toilets, sinks and kitchen/laundry equipment.
- Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms and public areas such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows and counters. A touch up paint and finishes on furniture and fixtures if required.
- Assist in any projects as directed.
- Responds in a timely and courteous manner to guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Internal: Hotel Staff: To Receive and complete maintenance requests
- External: Hotel Guest: To provide service as requested
- Vendors and Contractors: To exchange job related information and obtain assistance with repair.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
