**HVAC Sales Consultant - Ottawa**

Venture into the heart of homes as our Sales Consultant, bringing warmth in winters and cool comfort in summers. This role allows you to be the face of Harry’s Home Comfort, working both independently and as part of our vibrant team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forge enduring relationships with our clientele, understanding their needs, and ensuring they experience the very best of Harry’s.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments, ensuring the customer receives holistic solutions.
- Offer precise equipment selection, sizing, and pricing, ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
- Engage in proactive outreach, connecting with both existing customers and potential leads.
- Ensure exemplary customer service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

**What You Should Bring**:

- MUST have vehicle
- Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Engage with residential customers using a consultative sales approach, understanding their HVAC needs and recommending tailored solutions to ensure optimal home comfort.
- A foundation in the HVAC industry would be advantageous.
- Outstanding communication capabilities paired with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Experience in residential-based sales is a significant plus.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including some evenings and weekends.

Pay: $71,000.00-$167,618.98 per year

Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay, Commission pay

Experience: Sales: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification: Driving License (required)

Location: Hybrid
