Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with new and existing clients, and ultimately closing deals to drive company revenue. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through a variety of channels
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including following up on leads and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct phone assessments and presentations to prospective customers
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus, but not required
- Work a schedule of Monday-Friday 10am-7pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,500.00-$2,800.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
