**About Us**

Zinkon Motors is a fast-growing, customer-focused car dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality vehicles. We are seeking a friendly and organized **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our dealership and provide administrative support to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
- Assist with appointment scheduling for sales or service departments
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Support the sales and service team with documentation and follow-up when needed
- Help with dealership event coordination or promotional materials (if required)

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred (automotive experience is an asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
- Must be dependable and punctual
