**International Auto Group (IAG) boast seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands.**

IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive and self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at Scarborough Mitsubishi as a Part-Time Receptionist/Service appointment Co-ordinator & Greeter.

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

**Job Duties**:

- Greet all customers in the showroom and ensure that they have been looked after.
- Answer phones and direct calls in a professional manner.
- Take messages for employees-not available include proper name and phone number.
- Keep log sheets for the sales managers for sales calls and sales ups.
- Book service appointments on Saturdays and weekday evenings
- Ensure that coffee is always available for customers, cups etc. and area is neat and tidy daily.
- Other minor duties that may be required such as filing.
- Communication skills needed will be verbal, written and telephone
- Great English skills and 2nd language is a plus
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to handle multiple calls and multi task in fast paced environment
- Ability to work 3 hrs weeknights Mondays-Thursday 5pm
- 8pm and Saturdays from 9am-6pm
- Must be a self-starter
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
