**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Utilize construction estimating software such as measure square to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine labor, material, and time requirements.
- Coordinating project elements such as production, delivery, installation, and customer schedules
- Request pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible rates for projects.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and correspondence related to bidding processes.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and pricing changes to ensure competitive estimates.
- Support project management teams by providing timely updates on estimate status and adjustments.

**Experience**
- Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology.
- Some construction or flooring experience would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in using excel, word, and Measure square is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
