Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the PR & Social Media Specialist will oversee all PR and social media initiatives.

**What You’ll Do**
- Create and manage social media strategy, content calendar and campaigns from conception through to publication.
- Develop and manage our Influencer Program to share key promotions, seasonal collections, and artist collaborations.
- Create compelling and on-brand content for Paid Media with key influencers.
- Track, measure and report on analytics for all organic social media platforms on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Monitor accounts to ensure activities match project budgets and goals.
- Guide the Customer Care team on best practices for community management and public facing comments.
- Work cross-functionally with product, ecommerce, translation and brand teams.
- Review press releases and pitch media seasonally and for key promotions.
- Develop PR strategies to gain brand and product exposure.
- Manage external Quebec PR agency to create influencer content, pitch media and host local events.
- Work with the logistics team to facilitate product delivery for influencers, events and media.

- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

**What You Bring**
- 4 to 6 years experience in the social media space with proven experience delivering successful social programs across platforms
- Strategic understanding of social media marketing and appropriate metrics of success
- Ability to brainstorm and strategize initiatives based on campaign goals and business objectives
- Proven track record developing and implementing social media programs
- Experience running the social media channels for a consumer brand
- Paid Media strategy and best practice knowledge
- A robust media list and connections
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, activities, and best practices
- Degree or diploma in Marketing or related discipline
- Bilingual language skills (French & English) are a definite asset
- Content creation and video editing skills are an asset
