We are seeking friendly and skilled Baristas to join our team at Doughvine As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages at our espresso bar. We are currently offering Full Time & Part-Time Positions for experienced Baristas

**What you'll do**:

- Provide exceptional service to our visiting customers & local patrons
- Work on your barista flex by making exceptional espresso, coffee, tea and iced beverages
- Maintain product quality
- Follow Food, Health and Workplace Safety standards. Training onsite provided.
- Learn opening & closing procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Talk to customers about specials & upcoming promotions
- Take customer orders & provide a friendly customer service experience
- Flex your creativity & passion about food & beverage collaborations
- Operate espresso machine, grinders, blenders, and other equipment-- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Opportunities & Expectations**:

- Available shifts: Mornings, Afternoons & Early Evenings - no late nights
- Must have weekend availability throughout the winter/spring including the holiday season
- Must speak fluent English that is acceptable in a customer service atmosphere that is English dominated (bilingualism is a bonus).
- Employees receive tip outs on all shifts worked
- Monthly reviews & team meetings allow for positive communication in a safe atmosphere where staff can give feedback and discuss ideas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship / Co-op

**Salary**: $15.80-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
