In the heart of Blue Mountain Village, our café, espresso bar, and bakery has been a place where guests feel welcome and team members feel supported. We're now looking for someone special to lead our café — someone who enjoys responsibility, values hard work, and wants to build a strong, stable future for themselves and their family.

This is a role for a working leader — someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, and setting the tone every day. It's ideal for an Assistant Manager who's ready for more — more trust, more ownership, and more opportunity.

What You'll Be Trusted With

  • Leading a team of 7–20 people through busy seasons and quieter times
  • Creating a welcoming environment for guests and a fair, supportive workplace for staff
  • Hiring, training, and guiding team members — and making tough decisions when needed
  • Managing ordering, inventory, and daily operations in a fast-moving café
  • Being present and dependable, especially on weekends and holidays

What You'll Need

  • Experience in a café, bakery, or hospitality environment
  • Strong organization and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Confidence to lead, communicate clearly, and take responsibility
  • A reliable car for commuting to Blue Mountain Village
