**What you'll be doing...**:

- Full accountability of a UX team, including performance management.
- Receives outcomes/objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
- Receive company direction, guidance on what to do, standards;
- Defining UX systems, processes, scope of work, etc.
- Defines projects, resources, etc. within scope of what need to accomplish
- Provides guidance and direction to 5-6 direct reports of UX designer
- Demonstrates good judgment and works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Decisions and results have an impact on short-term goals of the organization.
- Frequently interacts with Product and Development managers and lead the project forward
- Manages the efforts of a small team and leads a cooperative effort among members of a cross functional project team. Overall responsibility for team results; actively involved to meet schedules and/or resolve problems. Develops and administers related project schedules, performance requirements.

**What you'll bring to the table...**:

- Strong Interaction Design background
- Prior leadership and mentorship experience of a team
- A self-starter who can take ownership of complex UX problems, from discovery, concept, validation phases, right through to implementation of solution
- Experience wire-framing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups
- Experience conducting user research, running usability tests
- Experience working with Design Systems
- Experience with industry standard design tools (Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, or other related design tools)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity and experience with design and development processes (Lean, Agile, Design Sprints, Design Thinking)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

**Great to haves**:

- Exposure to the Business Intelligence software space
- Some familiarity with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Enterprise UX experience: ETL, Security, CRM, ERP etc
