As a Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. As a passionate team leader, you believe in the importance of training team members to ensure high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness are achieved. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

**In this position you will**:

- Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
- Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
- Manage inventory and ordering

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2 years of experience in the food services industry.
- 1 year of direct work experience in a supervisory capacity
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience in aspects of customer service and people management; customer service training or certificate is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team.
- Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Experience supervising employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills, including ability to give directions, converse with customers and communicate with suppliers.
- Conflict resolution, and objection handling skills.
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.- Experience ordering and monitoring supplies, and ensuring appropriate product inventories are in place.
