**About the**
**Program**:
The Prince George Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program is a
multidisciplinary program for individuals managing cardiovascular or other
chronic conditions who would benefit from supervised exercise sessions, as
well as education about their illness.

**Responsibilities of this role**:

- Ability to prioritize one’s work, maintain related paperwork and record keeping****:

- Maintain qualifications as required by the position****:

- Work in a fast paced and changing environment****:

- Organize and schedule appointments****:

- Ensuring accurate record-keeping in data entry systems, in spreadsheets and reports****:

- Competency in using industry-specific software and administrative procedures****:

- Capacity to work as part of a team, in a busy environment***

**Qualifications**:

- Satisfactory criminal record check and clear vulnerable sector search, with 3 professional
- references- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- At least 1 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines,
- scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
