**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
2. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments.
3. Support patients during therapy sessions, ensuring they follow instructions and perform exercises correctly.
4. Provide encouragement and motivation to patients during their rehabilitation exercises.
5. Escort patients to and from treatment areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
6. Clean and sanitize equipment and treatment areas regularly.
7. Keep treatment areas, exercise equipment, and the overall workspace clean and organized.
8. Ensure all supplies are well-stocked and readily available.
9. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and billing when necessary.
10. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient focused.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time or part-time position available.
