**Desired Attributes and Requirements**

Should have 2 years of Veterinary experience

Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties

Answering phones

Booking appointments

Ability to multi-task

Restraining animals for the Doctor and Technician

Understanding the importance of hygienic protocol in the veterinary field.

Great communication skills

Resourcefulness in dealing with clients

Kennel Care

Attention to detail with great time management skills

Having experience in the veterinary field and/or handling animals is an asset.

We are in the deep south of Calgary and would prefer someone close to the establishment.

Wage offered depends on experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist Diploma (preferred)
