Billyard Insurance Group is looking for Insurance Brokers to join our company. If you’re results-oriented with a proven history in sales, we encourage you to apply.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years as a licensed Insurance broker/agent
- A proven track record in a direct sales environment
- The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to source and acquire new client leads
- Willing to acquire and pursue training/professional development to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable solution
- Meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets
- Must Have
- An existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence

**Qualifications**:

- RIBO/OTL/LLQP licensed
- 2+ years experience in insurance sales required

**Required education**:

- High school or equivalent
